Purpose:
To demonstrate magnetic resonance imaging findings of parasitic diseases of the spine.

Results:
Four cases of parasitic diseases of the spine are selected for presentation. Their clinical presentation and magnetic resonance imaging findings are discussed.
Conclusion:
Parasitic diseases of the spine are rare but serious conditions. Awareness of their clinical course and imaging findings are improtant to make early diagnosis and treatment planning.
