This exhibit will illustrate the imaging features and etiologies of spinal subdural hematoma. Although this is a relatively uncommon entity we will describe hematomas related to varying etiologies including trauma, anticoagulation, post – operative complication, polycythemia vera and spontaneous. Specific imaging features, specifics regarding the various etiolgies and differential diagnostic considerations will be discussed.
