Membership is Available in the Following Categories
Active Member
Shall be radiologists who practice or have a special interest in spine imaging or image-guided spine interventions, typically devoting more than twenty-five (25) percent of their professional time to such areas.
An Active Member shall fulfill the following requirements:
A. Shall be a radiologist certified by the American Board of Radiology, The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canda, the American Osteopathic College of Radiology, or other Board or Tribunal which, in the judgement of the Executive Committee, is of equivalent rank, and
B. Shall be judged worthy of inclusion in the Society, based on documented interest in and/or contribution to spine radiology.
Associate Member
Shall be physicians, surgeons, academic scientists, or other allied health professionals, with special interest in, spine imaging or imaging related procedures.
Member in Training
Shall be individuals (graduate students, residents or fellows) who have an interest in spine radiology and are currently participating in a full-time musculoskeletal imaging or ACGME-accredited neuroradiology training program. Membership in this category is free of charge!
